Our Operations Manager, Nicole Perry, will work in close partnership with you to customize your event, providing the highest level of food quality and service to assure the success of your event. Mansfield Dining Services is committed to making your event a success. Our team of catering professionals is available to assist you with planning every aspect of your event. Our culinary team has designed a variety of menus to fit a wide range of tastes and budgets, including regional ingredients, university favorites and specialty items. Should you desire a customized menu for your event, we will be happy to meet with you to create a special menu for your specific needs.

An important part of our focus on health and wellness is the use of seasonal menus, featuring fresh and healthy ingredients - many of which are grown by local or regional farmers. Every season has its own unique produce that is showcased in delicious signature dishes to highlight the distinct flavors and natural appeal of seasonal or locally sourced items.
